At Cotswold Screen Printers Ltd we offer a range of prototyping facilities from low volume, fast turnaround digital print samples to a complete “Design to Product” package where we can assist with graphics and design, source material suppliers and paint finishers and provide colour matching and adhesion testing in addition to printing the desired finish onto your product.
During the prototyping process With a wealth of hands on experience our management team can advise on the most suitable and cost-effective method of printing, and ink types to meet your specific needs, both for initial prototypes and future production runs.
We stock a range of graphic overlay materials to suit all applications for both indoor and outdoor use, so whatever your requirement we can recommend the best product to meet your needs. We stock a wide range of polycarbonates, polyesters and PVC in a wide range of thicknesses, and finishes with gloss and matt, standard and hard coated options available. With over 30 years of experience in the industry we can advise on the best material for your product according to its end use, and assist with design and artwork if required.
Graphic overlays are generally printed under surface, giving excellent durability and scratch resistance where continuous chemical cleaning or handling is required, and we stock a range of industrial adhesives to ensure a long-lasting application of your overlay to your product.
At CSP we can provide quick turnaround low cost prototypes and small batches by digitally printing your product, through to large production batches via digital or screen printing according to the requirements of your design.
Using our Zund flatbed cutter overlays and apertures are cut to a high degree of accuracy (tolerance .02mm), and can be printed in a wide range of sizes from very small overlays and labels up to 750mm x 2000mm overlays for application to large door panels.
Overlays can be supplied fitted or unfitted depending on your requirements, and where required specialist jigging is used to give a precise and accurate application.
With over 30 years of experience in printing for industry we are well aware of the importance of using the correct inks and print processes to ensure that your end product has both a high quality and detailed finish, whilst also being durable and long lasting. In doing so all our inks have been rigorously tested to ensure they are suitable for their end purpose. We stock wide a range of UV and Solvent inks allowing us to offer you the best possible solution to your printing requirements, along with excellent clarity for fine print detail, and large production runs, and mixing of bespoke colours where required.
At CSP we have four specialist print departments allowing us to successfully print onto a wide range of shapes and sizes.
Below are some of the types of metal work we print on a daily basis, and the department in which they would be typically printed. For some jobs a combination of print methods may be required.
At Cotswold Screen Printers we have a diverse customer base, including the medical, engineering, scientific and the music industry, and cater for a range of customers from well-established manufacturing organisations through to smaller independently owned companies and sole traders.
A large percentage of our work is carried out directly for our end customer, where we can discuss the best method for printing to achieve the results required, and assist with artwork if required. We also have established contacts with local suppliers and plastics companies, and can therefore source specific materials for you should you require something we do not currently hold in stock. We can also supply sample materials, both printed and unprinted should you need to compare different finishes.

Cotswold Screen Printers Ltd was established in the early 1980s in Minster Lovell, near Witney, in Oxfordshire, and specialises in the printing of facia graphics onto plastic and metal components for industry.
