With over 30 years of experience in the industry we can advise on the best material for your end use and budget, and assist with design and artwork if required.
We can provide quick turnaround low cost prototypes and small batches by digitally printing your product, through to large production batches via digital or screen printing according to substrate on which we are printing.
Our self-adhesive vinyl labels are printed over surface and provide a very cost-effective method of labelling, with high tac options available if your product is difficult to adhere too, for example contains polypropylene/ polyethylene or has a textured finish. This will not only improve life span and durability, and make it difficult for your end user to peel off! We also stock metallic vinyl’s if you are looking for metallic anodised or brushed metal effect for your label.
Window clings are ideally suited where you wish to apply a label which you later wish to remove, and therefore do not wish to use adhesives. Window clings can be applied and removed repeatedly, and are ideal for things such as car stickers and window stickers.
Polycarbonate/ Polyester labels are generally printed under surface, giving excellent durability and scratch resistance where continuous chemical cleaning or handling is required, and we stock a range of industrial adhesives to ensure a long-lasting application of your label to your product. These are particularly suitable for the medical / engineering sectors where wear and tear may be an issue, or where a more up market/ quality finish is required.
PVC labelling is a very low-cost method of labelling, ideal for shipping box labelling, where you do not particularly need an adhesive backing.
Metal labels/Name plates are perfect where you want a really top-quality label for your product. Various options can be supplied from anodised aluminium which can be cut to size and screen printed to give a very durable finish, through to bespoke machined metal labels and name plates which can be powder coated or wet painted and printed to give a more prestigious finish , maybe to attach to a piece of high value equipment with your company name, contact information and company logo.
Using our Zund flatbed cutter polycarbonate labels are cut to a high degree of accuracy , and can be printed in a wide range of sizes, with the option to use different thicknesses and types of adhesive in accordance with your end use of your label.
Vinyl labels are printed and cut on a Roland LEC 300 digital printed enabling minimal lead times with cost effective printing, and labels can be supplied as individual labels or in sheet format.
Labels are generally supplied unfitted, but we can also fit them to your product for you if required. This may be of particular benefit where you have difficult to apply areas or very large labels to apply, as we use specialist jigging to ensure precise and accurate application.
With over 30 years of experience in printing for industry we are well aware of the importance of using the correct inks and print processes to ensure that your end product has both a high quality and detailed finish, whilst also being durable and long lasting. In doing so all our inks have been rigorously tested to ensure they are suitable for their end purpose. We stock wide a range of UV and Solvent inks allowing us to offer you the best possible solution to your printing requirements, along with excellent clarity for fine print detail, and large production runs, and mixing of bespoke colours where required.
